Ordered my items over a month ago, half the order was missing which cost me £100, after countless emails chasing this up I was told item was out of stock (don’t think they would even bother to let any of their customers know) and that I would get a refund within 5 working days it’s been over 3 weeks and I’m still waiting. Have emailed twice again since and still no word. Never had issues like this in the past but feel truly let down. Will have to keep chasing this up or report to ombudsman if I don’t get a refund. Until they sort out their customer service I would avoid this company at all costs.

Ich hatte für meine Frau ein Weihnachtsgeschenk Ende November bestellt. Die Abbuchung ist unmittelbar erfolgt, aber die Lieferung kam nie an. Eine telefonische Klärung war mir erst Mitte Dezember möglich, weil vorher der telefonische Service nicht erreichbar war. Auf Mails wurde nicht bzw. nur mit einer Standardantwort geantwortet. Nach der Kontaktaufnahme wurde mir zumindest bestätigt, dass sich das Paket im Rücklauf befindet und mit einer Erstattung zu rechnen ist - aber eben - es ist nie angekommen. Ich kann nur empfehlen wieder im stationären Handel einzukaufen.

Please, do not shop in this online store. It is a headache. They are confused and make you wait forever on the phone. I do not think LACOME can have an online store. I bought some gifts and products for myself in black Friday. I received my package with nothing that I had ordered. The package said it had 5 items. When I opened there was just one cream that I did not order. And nothing that I had ordered was in the box. So, called customer service . The lady sent me to UPS with a label that was inside of the box. When I arrived at UPS they said the label was wrong. I called LACOME again and it was a drama for them to send me the right label. They want me to go home and wait for a day to receive the label by email. I am very very busy and I can not do it. So, after a drama the lady sent me the label on my email and I sent the package. They received the package and almost 8 days after the UPS delivered that to them they still did not contact me. I called them again and was put in a long hold by the customer service representative then my call was dropped!!! I called again and the drama continued. Nobody can solve it. I just want my order!!! :( I had a Christmas gift in that order. They are confused about whether to resend the order or give my money back. What the hell is that company? Finally, they said my order would be resend but they do not send me any email or anything to give me a position about my order.

I have ordered a Lancome gift set for my partner on13th November 2021. 4 emails to chase up. 2 phone calls on hold for over 35 minutes. It's now 16th December and no product and no reply. They have now taken out a second payment. Horrible company to deal with. Avoid at all costs. As of today 30/12/21 another phone call and no offer of product or resolving the issue. Another email sent and still nothing. Multi million pound company with a shocking customer service. Shame on you Lancome.

First things first, I placed an order Dec 2nd. Later on I was charged shipping and told items have shipped out, shortly after I got an email saying items backordered...They charged me shipping and sent out their free items that you get with the order...3 tiny packets of cremes or some crap. After arguing in chat for a while they cancelled the backordered items after saying they couldn't....After sitting in chat arguing some more they finally came to terms they weren't going to win. They will try to give you the same answer... "We are experiencing shipping delays" Don't let them give you that BS. They can cancel the order still. Also don't let them take your money for shipping just because they sent some crappy sampled, get that refunded from this shady company. I would never do business with this company again, they lead people on and suck at replying to emails. They try to give you the runaround on everything and dodge questions, and get mad when you call them out. Take your money elsewhere. Something funny.....After all of this and fighting to get the shipping cost refund...They asked if I would like to have free shipping on my next order!!!! LOL

Bought an item over 3 weeks never received a confirmation email, so last week being two weeks was told out of there control techinal issue, left it a few more days emailed again, was told We do apologise for the delay in response as we have had a high number of emails. I have investigated further on your case and as it appears your parcels are still yet to be shipped for an unknown reason. I have now raised this with the relevant team who will be in contact within the next 2 working days to resolve this matter ASAP. This was replied to on the 8th December as they still hadn't sent product they are now not replying. Basically it's stealing keeping a customers money. Like a lady on here said maybe they have been hacked or going bust because I had all this with debinhams. Come on lanacom start being truthfull start answering people's emails not all your staff are sorting a tech issue.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.Order incomplete,no refund!!!.Sent so many emails asking for my money then finally receive email saying they will refund me but hey still nothing.Absolutely shocking service.Never again.

Shocking, cannot believe Lancome are operating like this. Order not received, 2 emails sent, no reply; tried to call 5 times, on hold for half an hour and told there are 10 customers in front of me in the queue everytime, just cannot get a response . I will never, ever order from them again. Wish I'd checked the reviews here first.
