I placed an order and paid 6.95 for next day delivery as I placed the order in the afternoon it said order before 12pm for next day delivery. 12 pm is midnight so I wanted it next day for a present. It didn’t happen and I was told I should have ordered before midday. They also never sent confirmation of my order so I had to get in touch with customer service and ask what was happening as they had taken money from my card. I found the whole thing dreadful and would not recommend using them . Julia Sawford

Having placed my order on June 26th and received shipping notification on June 27th the money was taken from my account on 30th June, I was very very surprised when my order arrived on 30th June only to find there were a couple of samples in the box, but not the items I ordered, I immediately contacted customer service to be told after lengthy security questions I would not be receiving my order as they did not have the items I had ordered, hold on you’ve taken my money!!! Why was I not notified you didn’t have my products? why did you take my money? Why did I have to ring you? This is a complete scam you have no right to take my money. You should be ashamed at the amount of terrible reviews here all saying the same. L’Oréal you are a massive world wide company yet you are allowed to run this scam!!! What are your intentions ? Why is there no refund? How can you still be offering the same discount in yet another email you send out???you should be ashamed you are are disgusting company. I want my money refunded NOW !!!

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a product I was waiting to come off of back order for months. they ended up sending me the wrong product, which is fine, as long as they rectify the mistake. Contacted lancome almost every day for 2 weeks with promises that someone would contact me shortly. never heard from anyone. finally someone over the chat said they would reimburse me my money but not send me the eye liner i actually ordered in the first place. What an absolute disappointment in this company. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will let everyone I know that buys lancome about this poor service.

Very disappointed I wrote to customer service a month ago about La Base primer. I LOVE it. The best primer on the market. I have used it for 10years +. After a Covid break I am now returning to make up. I bought my first La Base in nearly 2 years. Like dozen of times before, the wand attached to the pump came apart. I had to unscrew the top and scoop the product with spatula. I penned a message to Lancome customer service. Nearly 5 weeks on, not a word from Lancome. Why should I give my hard earned money to brand that doesn't respect me enough to acknowledge me? I don't have to. Been a customer 23 years. In the future I will buy my foundation, mascara, primer and lip gloss elsewhere.

Lancôme has the worst customer service!! I try returning my perfume the moment I recibe I know is a mistake ! I contact chat customer service, I email them 3 times expend a lot the my time , and not recibe response! I need the zip code is not in the return label plus I need pay for the package!

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a lipstick and two juicy tube lipglosses from these scammers on March 16th and have received no dispatch email. They withdrew €74 from my bank account on the 22nd of March. I recently found out that juicy tubes were discontinued in 2018 so why were they available to purchase on the website? I looked at their website recently and they have now been removed. So basically they were selling items that are probably out of date or no longer in stock and couldn't be bothered taking them down. I sent two polite emails and both have been ignored. I'm not letting them away with this there was nothing wrong with my €74 when they took it from my account. This is fraud. The worst experience I have ever had with ordering online and I order a lot online. I should have read the reviews. *Do not order from these scammers*. 84% bad reviews and the remaining good reviews are about products and not the website. Says it all really doesn't it?!

I received an e-mail offering free gifts to make a purchase I made an $118.72 purchase. No gifts followed. Why the deceptive e-mail tricking me to make a purchase? I will be buy from Thrive they follow through and do not deceive. I have sent over 6 e-mails and not one response. No customer service and 100% deception. For a long standing company as Lancome is, why the bait and switch why the trickery?

I should have read reviews before ordering anything from their website. I used many Lancôme products before and I received ad about their gift promotion. I didn’t really need any products at that time but their gifts looked very appealing. I placed an order for $100 and then selected some gifts. Once I added my credit card numbers at check out gifts disappeared from my cart. I started over, selected gifts and after entering the credit card number the same thing happened. I placed order anyway and then contacted customer support to see the reason. It’s not super fast to get their customer support, but after 15 min waiting someone named Ta’Yasmine replied. She is the rudest person ever. I explained all the situation to her and I was answered that gifts can not be combined with any other promotions. I was disappointed because the promotion that I used was 20% off since I signed up for their SMS program and it was not disclosed anywhere that If I sign up I won’t receive the gift. I asked that lady to send me return label as it said on their website that you can have free return if your order includes foundation or fragrance and my order has both. And I was shocked when she replied to me: “You want to return because of free gifts”. I mean… seriously? That’s my money and I get to decide if I want to place a return for any reason if it’s because I wanted to participate their promotion offer or because I didn’t like the product. It doesn’t matter. That’s my rights to return the product. Then she started telling me that I have to pay for return myself even though their refund policy says that you can ask for return label if you order foundation. After some time explaining to her the reason I’m eligible for free return she finally told me she will send me a return label. I never experienced such a terrible customer service. Lancôme you should be ashamed of having someone like Ta’Yasmine working with your clients. I regret that I spent so much money before using their fragrance and cosmetics. Never again!
