La página web te ofrece la oportunidad de interactuar con experiencias geniales. Los productos cumplen lo que prometen. En resumen , recomiendo tanto la marca como la web.

I ordered from Lancôme website and started panicking for all the bad reviews on trustpilot. I ordered a serum for £95 and got eligible for 2 free samples, a pink pouch, galatee confort & tonique Confort set and beauty to go set. I placed my order on 21st of April and today I received it and for my surprise everything was in the package. I felt relieved cause I love Lancôme products and used them many times before.

Lancome Customer Services have definitely out done themselves. They inadvertently advertised a 30ml product at £10 (should have been about £50) When my order arrived it contained 2 x 7ml of the product instead of 2 x 30ml. Quick email to Customer Services and a prompt return email stating that not only would I receive a full refund but I would receive the 30ml for free. True to their word...my money was refunded and my free 30ml product arrive. Absolutely blown away by their kindness and generosity. I for one will continue to buy Lancome.

I received both of my orders. I had previously given Lancôme 4 starts instead of 5 because I thought they had not sent me a confirmation email/receipt for my order. Upon checking, I noticed that Lancôme’s emails had gone into my spam - sorry Lancôme! My items are as described and I am very happy with Lancôme. I made 2 separate orders and I am happy with both. I ordered them on 26/12/21 and received both of them on 30/12/21. Thank you

I would like to thank Elaner at House of Frazer on OXOFORD Street London , on the Lancôme counter for looking after me so well, Elaner, she had half an hour before they closed and I got everything I needed and was so happy with the service, she was so polite, patient and helpful.
