Lancôme Online Order Australia I placed an order 24.11.2024 no update on dispatch, contacted them to ask for an update on 8.12.2024. The very next day an email received advising order cancelled. No communication, no reason, no apologies, just flat out cancelled. Have emailed to ask what caused the cancellation and absolutely no response. I will NEVER shop with this company again.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service! I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of clarity and assistance regarding my order. I’ve been trying to get a specific shipping date, as this is a birthday gift, but the customer service agent was unhelpful and only repeated the company’s policy without offering any real solutions. At first, I was told the order would ship in 1-3 days, and then was informed it could take 2-10 days. Now I’m left confused and unsure what to believe. All of their replies are “it will be shipped when it’s ready” and “you will know after it’s shipped” For comparison, I placed an order with Estée Lauder on the same day, and it's already out for delivery, while Lancome can’t even provide a clear shipping timeline. It’s hard to believe a brand of this stature has such poor customer service. As a result, I’ll be considering other brands in the future. Lancome doesn't offer any product that is irreplaceable

Absolut mangelhafter Kundenservice Den Adventskalender wollte ich retounieren. Allerdings haben mehrere Mails und Anrufe meinerseits offenbar nicht ausgereicht, um mir einen Retourenschein zukommen zu lassen. Da können die Produkte (vermeintlich) noch so gut sein, ein derartig miserabeler Kundenservice macht die Marke zum No-Go!

Wollte meine Frau mit einem Adventskalender überraschen, leider erfuhr ich zu spät, das sie wegen Allergie momentan nur die Creme vom Hautarzt nimmt. Leider nimmt Lancome den Kalender nicht mehr zurück, auch ein Ärztliches Attest interessiert dort keinen. NIE MEHR!

Their promo codes state nothing about not being able to use them on items but CS says you cant and is VERY RUDE btw!! Their website is misleading and even after asking them to send T&C there is literally NOTHING about exclusions

One star is one too many. I ordered a mascara in their online shop and after three weeks I still haven't received it. My mails to customer service didn't get a reply. 30€ for nothing. Thanks a lot. Never ever again.

Hice un pedido con la promoción de 9 muestras gratuitas. Me llegó el pedido una semana después sin muestras. Reclamé y se lavaron las manos, a parte de reírse de mí. ¿Marca de lujo? Permítame que dude. He pedido en muchas otras y la atención al usuario es magnífica. No volveré a comprar jamás.
