Hi Sonia! Thank you for your lovely review. It’s so exciting that you’re getting closer to bringing your Yorkie home! We’re sorry the breeder has been slow to reply. If you’re still waiting to hear back, please reach out to us at [email protected] with the breeder’s name or listing, and we’ll be happy to contact them on your behalf.

Hi there! Thanks so much for sharing your experience. It’s wonderful to hear your mini Bernedoodle is healthy, happy and learning so quickly, and that Wilma was such a pleasure to deal with. Doodles can vary quite a bit in size as they grow, but whatever size he ends up, it sounds like he’s already a great little guy!

Hi Sue, Thank you for your helpful feedback! We appreciate your suggestions regarding more detailed personality descriptions and clearer listing durations. Listings usually remain active for a limited time or are taken down once a puppy finds a home, but we understand how disappointing it can be when a dog you are interested in disappears! We'll pass your thoughts along to our team as we work to improve the site experience. Lancaster Puppies Team

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are really glad to hear that you found the Lancaster Puppies process stress free. We are sorry to hear about the uncertainty around your puppy’s breed. While Lancaster Puppies provides the platform to connect buyers and breeders, the accuracy of a puppy’s breed information is the responsibility of the breeder. We understand how disappointing it can be when things do not turn out quite as expected. We are happy to hear that you still love your puppy, shedding included, and we hope the DNA results give you some clarity. If you would like us to review the listing or have any concerns about the breeder, please feel free to contact our Trust & Safety team. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing Lancaster Puppies. We wish you and your puppy all the best.

Hi Sabina! Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and honest review. We’re really glad to hear your puppy has settled in well and is thriving in her new home. While individual breeder practices can vary, we do encourage all buyers to continue veterinary care after collection, as puppies often require multiple rounds of worming regardless. We appreciate your thoughtful feedback and are pleased to hear your family is happy with your new addition.
