This was my first time using this platform to purchase a puppy and it will be MY LAST. I assumed the breeders on here are screened well so I thought they were licensed and professional and everything woudl be fine. Boy, was I wrong. When my puppy arrived, there was blood in his stool EVERY SINGLE TIME. We took him to the vet, heavy burden for THREE parasites. Talked to the breeder and she was not apologetic, and deflected blame like it was her second job. She also included exclusion for parasites in her contract, yet the dewormer she uses is useless against them. My experience is with Susan Schlabach - Misty Ridge Paws. If you are looking to get gaslit like you're in a toxic relationship, this is the breeder for you. I would proceed with EXTREME caution. Ask for fecal test results and also do not send through Venmo. I would at least go through Lancaster instead.

FRAUD/SCAM Warning Buyers Beware : we paid a deposit of $750 to reserve a Frenchie on Lancaster Puppies website to one of there so called verified sellers named Aniyah M. and drove to a Holt, Michigan address given to view/pick up in person the live puppy and and the seller kept insisting that we pay the full balance before we pick up but reluctantly we said that we would pay the balance once we arrived and met the puppy. We drove 4 hours one way from Ohio to Michigan and knocked on the door of the address given to be surprised by an elderly lady saying that she has no clue what we are talking about and that we’ve been scammed. Reached back out to the seller and of course the excuses continued by saying that she was at the hospital with her mother and would be tied up there and couldn’t meet with us but her daughter was at home with the puppy and we could go ahead and pay the balance now and then we could go to the door and her daughter would hand the puppy and a bag to us. Totally fraudulent and scam. We then called and reported to our credit card that we had been fraudulently scammed out of the $750 deposit to reserve a puppy from the seller on the Lancaster puppy site and then we reported it to Lancaster puppy site and the ad was removed. We went back on the site days later to see if these scammers are still on the Lancaster website and sure enough there they were again posting adds for numerous other puppies under a different name (Jamontay J.) asking for $750 deposit to reserve the puppy in Michigan. Warning Buyers beware!!!

Coming from somebody that works in VetMed, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! it’s basically an upscale puppy mill. Every single puppy that comes in here from there is severely sick or has chronic lifelong issues.

Puppy dies a week after adoption Lancaster puppies fraudulently sold a 4 weeks old maltipoo that the seller listed at 11 weeks old. The puppy died less than a week later. This is not only unethical, but it is illegal. Puppies need to stay with their mother until eight weeks old and fully weaned with vet approval to be sold. She unfortunately was not able to survive being separated from her mother so early. A licensed vet verified the dog was only four weeks and 8 ounces. I was asked to bring the puppy back at six weeks for a deworming and exam however, she sadly did not make it. The Lancaster ad said that the seller was verified and that the puppy had its appropriate vaccinations and vet health records. I reached out to the seller and Lancaster support team asking for a refund or a new puppy and my request was ignored.

Well it all seemed like the whole experience was free and at the end it’s not:(. Your site starts taking about other options I can take after so many days to sell my puppies, like after so many days 20 if my puppies don’t sell , I can pay your site to continue to try to sell my puppies:( ? That’s not free it’s like a set up ;( A untruth about what you offer:( that’s how I see it. I can do just as well at Craigslist where someone is always flagging me or ha I be my ad removed after 15 minutes of placing a ad, going by the rules . The lady doing it dont even work at Craigslist.

Sunshine acres absolutely played with our emotions, time and wallet. Two dogs were sold out from under us. TWO IN ONE DAY. We communicated with the seller all weekend, drove hours to view said dogs, was told we could think for a couple hours after meeting and let her know our decision. We communicated several times during our decision making window. We asked for vet records, what necessities come with the dog etc. very much under the impression we had time to make our decision. We called with our final decision and the dogs were sold to someone who offered to pay more money. We’re heartbroken. People need to know how these sellers do business. We will be contacting the better business bureau.

Terrible experience the seller didn’t show up lik promised the whole website is terrible.

If you spend money and buy an ad the customer service will not help you even 1%, what a terrible company
