Hi Marttha! We are so sorry to hear about the health issues with your puppy and the additional costs you've faced. No family should have to deal with parasites right after bringing home their new companion. We take breeder standards seriously, and we'd like to investigate this situation with Mr. Miller. Please contact our support team so we can look into this properly and ensure other families don't have similar experiences.

Hi Maiya, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. That must have been extremely disappointing, especially after traveling such a long distance. Lancaster Puppies is an advertising platform, not a breeder, but we take reports of misrepresentation very seriously. If you can share the breeder’s name and any related documentation or screenshots of the original advert, please email them to [email protected]. Our team will review this immediately and take appropriate action if the advert was misleading. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re glad your pup is in a loving home even if things turned out differently than expected.
