Very happy with purchase. The leather is soft and the bag has great structure. The hardware is bright and pretty. I couldn't wait to use it. I do wish the bag had arrived with a proper dust bag. There is a chemical smell that I hope will disparate.

The concept was correct however the overall construction of the bag was horrible. The bag was rushed. Seem as if the bag was put together the day before the glue was not fully dried. It is not a leather bag as advertised the clucthet was very short and the key was not attached. Would I purchase from this company again no. I believe they are using AI and content creators, sending the content creator the best product and the regular consumer a rush job.

Bag was delivered in a timely fashion. Looked as advertised. Very cute bag. This is my fifth bag from Laluva & i will definitely order more.

I wish there were a little bit bigger that’s when I see that lady talking in the video hers looks a lot bigger but they came out really nice. I love it. I’m gonna order me the white and the pink when I get my first check thank you so much.

I did not receive my bag which is disappointing because I’ve ordered from this company before and was very happy to order again in another color, but not receive the purse

I had purchased a bag, but it has small issue. I complained to laluva manger office and they kindly refunded me back

The bag is great. I really love it. Nice quality very beautiful bag. However, when it was packaged, it was bent in half so it has a huge crease across the front of it. I’m trying everything to get the crease out, but I think it’s pretty much permanent. Whoever packages the bags for shipping needs to make sure they’re not bent in half.

Great customer service, ordered and received with no problems. The items I purchased were just as advertised. Beautiful and great quality product. I have made 45 purchases today and will continue to order more.
