I ordered 2 bags a few months ago. They arrived together and ahead of schedule. I purchased 2 Warkin, 1 daily and 1 travel. They came packaged and bagged very nicely and in mint condition. I use the daily as my everyday bag and the travel for excursions. They have held up especially in rain, heat, humidity, and the rath of toddlers. I have 5 more in my cart now.

This was my first order with Laluva, and the process was simple from checkout to delivery. I received regular tracking updates and always knew where the parcel was. I would happily shop here again.

I ordered one bag a few months ago it took a while to be delivered and I was pleased with the purse. It was cute not the best quality but cute shortly after I started to receive several bags in the mail at a time that I didn't order that I didn't pay for but they kept charging my credit card. I've sent probably a dozen emails still haven't gotten a refund and spent over $100 returning the bags super frustrating. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them. It have been a nightmare.

This company will not reply to my requests for an EXCHANGE on my dime. If you buy from these people, be prepared to never get any issues resolved. They do not respond to ANY ISSUE. They have all if the fancy legal yap about no hassle refunds and goofy rules. CRICKETS!

Do not buy from this company. I had the bag for one month the handle fell off and the bottom peg fell off. I contacted the company and they would not replace the bag or make good on it.

I purchased water bags one red one black I the supposed largest size which supposed to be able to hold a lot Problem with both bags Cheap hardware Broken lock Key did not fit lock Hardware not secure Holds wallet phone and lip balm an office keys but not all keys Definaltlynot the size I ordered or paid for. Delivery took almost months Squashed shipping as not shipped in durable shipping material Contacted company would not even discuss issue basically said unless the product had been destroyed in shipping I could not replace it Sad I paid way more money on each bag than I have ever paid before

These bags are knock-offs of designer bags, which is fine. From a distance, they may look like the real thing. I ordered a couple for $64.00 each during a sale, but I don't think they are worth even that discounted price. According to their social media ads, the leather is supposed to be buttery soft and well-made. I ordered the Warkin bag, a Birkin knock-off. The first bag I received had several issues: I couldn’t close the straps because they were too short, there was a mysterious white substance on the back of the purse, and it had a strange smell. Additionally, the flap at the top of the bag wasn't stitched—just a black piece of rubbery plastic. I did contact the company via email, sent photos, and managed to get a full refund. You have to be patient since they are located on the other side of the world. The second bag I received was better made, but it still had a plastic smell that aired out over time. I'm not sure what type of leather they are using; it seems more like pleather. Overall, I suggest not wasting your money on these bags.

Update to this review: It took awhile, but Laluva responded to my complaint about not receiving the genuine leather Warkin 25 handbag I ordered. They asked for photos, weight of bag and a few other bits of information which I provided. They neither confirmed nor denied that the bag I received was not leather but the synthetic version; however, Laluva did provide a refund. A couple weeks later I received the genuine leather Warkin 25 handbag that I originally ordered. I notified Laluva that I had already received a refund. They told me to keep the leather handbag and did not charge me for the handbag. I ordered the genuine LEATHER version of a Warkin 25 bag, navy color, in the amount of $135...double the price of the non-leather bag. Although the bag is attractive, I suspect that the bag I received is NOT leather but the synthetic version. There are several reasons for my complaint. 1) There is nothing on the bag to indicate that it is constructed of leather, no materials tag, nothing in the shipping packaging that lists product material content. 2) Genuine leather has a distinctive scent and feel. This bag smelled of chemicals like that of synthetic materials and it is very soft and pliable, not firm to the touch like leather. 3) The clochette was defective in that it did not have a slit on the strap to attach it to the bag. Upon cutting a small slit to attach the clochette to the bag I discovered the material to be synthetic adhered to an extremely thin layer of "leather". I contacted the company with my concerns but have not received a reply.
