I expected the bag to be more protected from a big company like this. Bag was a bit dented and out of shape. Trying to identity that it’s real leather as smells very chemically A bit disappointing as paid for leather, as per description Colour is a lovely Dusty Pink and matches my outfit that I bought it for

So after posting my review. I have an update. The company made it right after I received 3 bags and ine of them had missing lack and strap and they were kind enough to offer me a partial refund. I just want to apologize for my last post. I was upset and felt I wasn't heard. But this company does care and i look forward to using them again in the future.
