Lakeshore LearningReviews of lakeshorelearning.com

Very flexible when I encountered shipping issues. Professional, prompt and polite service.

I ordered a “toy” about a week and 1/2 before Xmas. I never saw a “ship to” address after entering my billing address. I sent off 2 kinda hostile emails to them. They corrected the error and the gift was delivered before Xmas. Talk about customer service!!! Truly exceptional customer service. I never saw a response to my email (I’m really bad about looking in spam), but my son informed me it was delivered. Thank you customer service!

My grandkids love playing with the Lakeshore Learning products I've given them (marble runs, water rocket) - they're well made, great fun, and educational. When one of the small parts of one of the marble runs broke, I called Customer Service, and the rep I spoke with (Amy) was very friendly and helpful, and said she would have a replacement shipped for no charge!

Our school ordered the Short Vowels Skill-Building Book Set and the first grade students are doing so well learning to read! The colorful illustrations and short sentences are ideal for emerging readers! Highly recommend this set and the set with blends and digraphs.

Shannon at Lakeshore Friendswood was very helpful to me and extremely friendly. Lakeshore is the store to get all learning materials.

Awsome Purchasing

I ordered a gift for my grandson for his birthday and it quit working within a couple of weeks. I contacted Lakeshore Learning and within an hour I received a response that a replacement was on the way. Great customer service! I will definitely order again in the future.

Always good products for teachers and care givers. One of the only places to by multi-cultural dolls and products. Thanks Lakeshore for your dedication to quality learning materials for all children!
