I ordered my ring on on 2/9 on 2/10 I received an email that it was in Processing, since then I tracked it and it has been in ready to ship status for days, I sent an email asking about the order because my husband said I hope you were not scammed, this was the email back (Hi we will send it to you asap, and you will get the tracking info when it is sent out , hope you can just wait for a while) Sincerely, Andrew. because I paid the extra $20 for shipping I asked if I could get my $20.00 back, the reply was (Yes,we will) no name or anything. sent another email asking if I could get an estimated date (It will come to you before March 10 or earlier sandra) So I will see if it comes by then and if I really do get a refund for my $20. I also do not like that fact there is no phone number for this company. and most companies and there there employees have business like email reply information and all you get from them is a name nothing more.

This company is a joke. Don't bother paying for "shipping" so that you can have your merchandise at a reasonable time. You will just get screwed. And be careful with using your credit card. I still have not received my merchandise and it has been over a month with "expedited" shipping. When I contacted this company the reply was not Dear Ma'am, Sir, etc. It was "Hey" Not sure who owns this company but will be looking into it. Bottom line, be careful.

Absolutely horrible! The ring when I received it did not look like the photo, the sizing was incorrect so I decided to proceed with the so-called 30-day hassle-free return policy. SMH, what a bunch of foolishness. They refuse to talk to me about returning it, they insist that I send pictures proving that the sizing is wrong, how are you even expected to do that? And as far as the photos about it not looking the same, they claim it must be the lighting. I'm out of almost $200, the product is not what I wanted and the hassle-free return policy is nonexistent.

So I finally got my order in, after waiting since 11/24. I open my package this morning and surprise surprise my ring wasn't even in the box!!!! I am so beyond angry right now with this company. Even worse that they don't have a phone number you can call and you have to email them. I just want my ring! I doubt I'll even get my money back. I'm so upset with this company. I was so excited to open my wedding ring and put it on and I was so upset when it wasn't even in the box.

The ring itself was beautiful. I was blown away with the quality. However, the custom service has turned me away from ever shopping here again. My boyfriend purchased a ring for me as a Christmas gift and unfortunately, bought the wrong size. I’ve been emailing them for 4 days and have yet to receive a straight answer on why there is a restocking fee. He received an email, which ignore the question, but included a 50% off code. But when I emailed them I was told to “reconsider.” We will never shop here again.

I should have read the reviews for this company first. They claim to be the top jewelry seller online but what on earth is going on with my shipment. Bought wedding bands and paid extra for expedited shipping and it's been over a week and I have not received my order. I am beyond disappointed. I feel like I've been scammed.

I ordered a ring for my wife on thursday december 14th 2017, for a christmas gift, paid 20 extra dollars for "expedited 2-5 day shipping" and here i am thursday december 21st 2017 and still havent even received shipping information and my order on their website says its still proccessing . I got in touch with someone on their chat system and thet told me my order was still on schedule to deliver by december 31st 2017. Very very frusterating and annoying.. i hope others have better luck and i do not recommend ordering through them.

I received my ring I ordered within a week and loved it! I had a problem with one of the stones falling out. I contacted customer service and they were real quick in responding to the problem. They had me send the ring back and they fixed it within a week for free. The ring is beautiful and of good quality. I will definitely buy from Lajerrio again in the future!
