My finance got me a ring in July and pretty much all of the jewels are either gone or loose can you please replace it? It shouldn’t have done any of this

I ordered a ring from LAJERRIO..
I ordered a ring from LAJERRIO... they debited my card, and never sent me a confirmation email or tracking #. I have tried contacting them and I get an automated response ! They never sent my tracking number or order #!! Never again. They will RIP you off. PLEASE do dont order from LAJERRIO !!!
