Honestly the worst customer experience I have ever had. I had ordered this item in good time is paying £15 for expedited so that I could get this ring and pendant before Christmas. But now when I contact them I get told they have to make it which takes up to 15 BUISNESS DAYS! Absolute SCAM of a company!

Clearly allot of fake reviews on here. Delivery with this company is a joke. They give you options on delivery they have no chance of meeting. 4 to 8 business days has tuend into 50 days now on the tracking. Terrible service. AVOID if you have any time period to achieve.
