If I could leave zero stars I would because I placed an order for almost $90 in January and it is now June but my order still hasn’t arrived. I received an email in April stating ny order was being processed and sent to the shipping department. Nothing has come of it even after emails, etc requesting answers on my order. They don’t answer the phone so it’s next to impossible to reach anybody. I have saved my emails with order confirmation and the email in April. Lesson learned the hard way. Do not order from LA HERB

As a mom who's VERY picky about what goes in our home apothecary, I have to say LA Herb blew me away. So many sites say "organic" but you don't really know — with this one, everything smelled and tasted like it came from a real herb shop, not a factory. Even my kids like the teas I make from their herbs. Wish I found it sooner. Also, amazing custumer servise (they emailed me when I forgot to enter my address lol).

licorice tbh i just needed some licorice root and stumbled on this site. way more than i expected. prices weren’t bad, and they shipped faster than i thought. only thing is the packaging was a little boring? but it’s not really a big deal since it’s quality stuff. will prolly order again soon.

I placed my order in January 2025 and never received my order which was needed for a cancer patient. I am requesting my money back as I no longer need their product.

If i could leave negative stars l would. Ordered over a month ago and nothing. I sent email and they said they will email when it's being sent. Weeks later and nothing. No return emails. No phone call return. I always look at reviews and this one l didn't. I'm so pissed right now!! All l want is my order. Do not buy from here. And i know they will see this review and not care. Bonus for me? With 200k followers on 3 platforms, you best bet I'm going to let everyone know!!

I ordered from them. Went to tracking. Tracking claimed it was delivered on April 18 2025 at 2:32 p.m. No package anywhere. Total scam.
