From start to finish, the team at Lahela Jewelry was amazing with communication! Buying jewelry online can be nerve wracking, but they made the experience super easy. I needed some help with setting up the correct options and the team was super helpful and eager to make sure that I was completely satisfied. Even after the order was made they double checked with me again to make sure. Through the process they stayed in touch with me and once the piece was made, which was a custom design, they sent photos to again verify and confirm that I was getting exactly what I paid for! Once they were done in the process and I got the shipment notification, it arrived the next day and honestly it is absolutely breathtaking!! I would 100% recommend anyone to Lahela Jewelry! You can very easily tell that they are fully dedicated to, and very passionate about customer satisfaction!
