I was looking for a unique engagement ring and have stumbeld upon this site with the vine inspired moss agate ring, and knew that my second half would love it. I wanted the central stone to be a diamond, that required a custom order. Throughout all the order and the customization process, Lahela team has been very thorough and helpful, with detailed and quick responses. Our ring was delivered faster than expected. Their was a "mix up" that ended up being nothing and communication was great the whole time.

Took a while to get to me but to be fair there was a 3 day storm and no matter what it would have took 4 days for the item to get to me in perfect weather so 7 days is the very least amount of time it would have took to get to me it took about 2 weeks to get a ring sizer and it was a little pricey but out of reliability I give them 5 stars
