My order took about 8 weeks to arrive. When the tracking number was followed it appeared to be moving from place to place in New Jersey. When the tracking number was followed by a true service, it was actually being shipped to different locations in China, thus the long delivery time. The jersey quality is decent but the stitching of the name and number are horrific. There was still light cardboard that needed unpeeled between the decals-very tedious to remove. The main concern is the stitching is so poor, it is unraveling and the name is coming off. They would not offer a return/replacement/refund. They offered to refund 20 percent, but so far that has not happened after 4 weeks. I would avoid them, they are not worth the discounted price.

This was the worst experience ever. The product was sized way off for a women’s jersey and it was very cheap material. They give you the run around for refunds. Requested to send pictures multiple times and then took forever to respond. Their main goal is to provide cheap products and long delivery times. Poor quality and customer service .

I called the company nine times, and every time, they gave me the same runaround. They claimed they would send an email to start the refund process, but I never received any communication. I was told to wait “two hours” for an email, then “24 hours,” but nothing ever came. After all that, I never received the refund I was entitled to. Lady Jackets’ actions—or lack thereof—may constitute fraudulent practices under consumer protection laws. They failed to deliver the product as promised, refused to process a refund, and gave false assurances that the matter would be resolved. This is not just poor customer service—it’s a potential violation of the Fair Credit Billing Act and other laws designed to protect consumers from deceptive practices. If you’re thinking of buying from Lady Jackets, DON’T. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and unreliable. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and financial loss by taking your business elsewhere.

Ordered two jerseys. Was guaranteed delivery by January 13th - never received. Emailed customer service and never received a response. Wish I had read the reviews first.

So let me say this was a disaster of a buying experience!!! Stay away I ordered before Thanksgiving for an Xmas present and didn't receive until January 15th. But then I looked at the jersey it wasn't nothing like pictured!! All the stiching was off center and didn't even have stripes on the sleeves. I wouldn't even wipe my butt with it. Tried to get in touch with "customer service" that was a bigger joke than the craftsmanship of the jersey. Luckily I payed with PayPal and they refunded me when I filled a claim no questions asked. For those who used a credit card I feel sorry because its going to be a while if at all you are refunded. Lesson learned PLEASE STAY AWAY

Poor quality. Obviously not official Nike gear or NFL merchandise. They accidentally left the protective covering for one of the iron labels.

Can’t even rate it a 1 very poor service and they don’t send you what you order and it’s 2 months late.
