Zero stars if that was an option. This is a scam, do not purchase from them! I still have yet to receive an order from 12.2.24. Was promised a refund and never got it. I've filed a fraud claim.

Ladyjacket is a scam. It took almost 4 weeks to arrive and the size was wrong. The shirt measured 42” around the chest. The sizing chart said it would fit a chest 44.5 to 48.5 chest. Impossible. Customer service was terrible and they would not refund my money.

Please please read the reviews before ordering. I DID NOT... Ordered from this company December 5th, 2024. Order not here almost 2 months later. They continue to ask for patience. I've requested my money back as of today. My product supposedly is in Jersey & hasn't moved since 12/22. I have a confirmation of payment in my email but when I go to PayPal it doesn't show anything. I don't even know how to get my money back at this point very disappointed no Christmas gift for my hubby and from the sounds of it it was going to be bad anyway poor quality and not what I ordered.

DO NOT BUY you will not get what you expect - and it’s shipped from China so don’t fall for their Pasadena scheme. Should be ashamed.

Waited FOREVER for delivery and never got my product!!! They continued to assure me it would arrive on time but after stating it was out for delivery they then stated it had an issue with the shipper. BUYER BEWARE

DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered one item. Arrived late. Not the item I ordered. Really bad quality We’ve been going back-and-forth with emails with no resolution. Contacted PayPal, and after their review, I received a refund. Now I’m being harassed by the company to pay them back or return the order. I have no problem returning the order, but send me a return label which they are not doing. I’m not paying to send it back when it was their error. Avoid, this company at all costs. PRODUCT COMES FROM OVERSEAS not USA!

I placed an order on 12/21/24, I was told it would arrive January 5 through January 9, 2025. I soon realized that this company has major problems. They changed the arrival date to the end of January, which was not appreciated. Customer service kept telling me to be patient, we're sorry, please give us more time. At this time, it has been more than 5 weeks. It no longer is a Christmas gift. I tried to work with the company, but at every turn there was another problem. I received a tracking number; however, after 12 days, the package had not even been delivered to the USPS location. The Los Angeles fires were supposedly a slow-down, then I get a notice from USPS that there is not enough postage, so the package would not be delivered. I, again contacted customer service, but just heard more of the same excuses. So, I decided to demand 100% of what I paid them be returned. It took Paypal about 3 hours to send a confirmation of the return of my money. I am sorry Ladyjacket, but I truly ran out of patience and it was evident that people are very dissatisfied with this company.

I wish there was a 0. I have been dealing with this company for 2 months. Never received my order. I've been getting auto/fake generated emails and I have a fake tracking number. I finally reached a person at the phone number on the site (which is a Google phone) that does not identify the company. The company is in one "state", phone number from another "state" and someone from China called me. This place is a complete scam. Still fighting for a refund which was promised. Make sure to report to your Better Business Bureau.
