What a scam dont buy from them ordered a Jersey it doesnt fit true to size and they keep giving me the run around and wont let me return it not to mention I found the authentic jersey on fanatic for same price this store is the biggest scam dont waist your money.

Got Jersey was not XL for adult, maybe for a kid. They won’t respond to any of my emails. Want exchange or refund.

Ordered and paid for 2 jerseys on 10/3/24 and do to not receiving items requested a cancellation with full refund on 10/30/24 which was totally ignored via chat and support email. Finally received one jersey on 11/6/24 and was not satisfied with its quality along with incorrect size. Therefore once again requested a full refund if 147.89 which was ignored but advised that would credit 30% of my order. Still haven’t received second jersey by 11/8/24 and after requesting a full refund and return label once second jersey arrives still waiting on return approval. My experience with this company has been a total nightmare to say the least

Still waiting on a jersey for my wife I ordered a month ago, and I’m getting no reply from their customer service. I’m going to try to reverse the charge thru my credit card.

I have order over 6 weeks ago. Still no jersey.i have contacted them multiple times and they say it's on its way. I have asked for a refund and it went quiet. I guess I'm going to have to file it as fraud to get my money back. Don't purchase form this site.

My husband ordered me a jersey on Sept 22. It's October 25 and we still don't have it. They tried to blame it on the hurricane in Florida, which makes no sense since they are based on China and we are in the Midwest. Everyone they are contacted , they push back the expected date. We're about to file a charge back.

I purchased a Salute to Service 2023 Joe Burrow jersey. It was supposed to be brown and it is orange. The lettering and numbering looks tacky and cheap.

Lady Jacket Order #638692 All their stuff is replica made in China so shipping is minimum 2 weeks. They’re sizing is totally different then actual/official NFL jerseys…so the large I ordered looks like a cute dress on me rather than a jersey. Simply reached out to them, said Jersey is too big need to return/refund. Now that I don’t have a cool New Jersey for the game Sunday. No return info/anything from them…just keep telling me to measure the Jersey for them, WHAT? I don’t need to measure a Jersey for you, I don’t work for u! I need a return label, look at it when u get it back. The jersey is the wrong size, I can’t use it or a new one weeks from now, what does me wasting my time taking measurements for you have to with the matter at hand, still waiting on return info, asked for it like 5 times! Just wow. After all this & sending me the inaccurate size they then said they could give me a 50% refund, lady by the name of Isabella Grace…not sure why they get to keep half my money for their bad sizing but still…SO GUESS WHAT - NEVER GOT THE REFUND, Isabella there, & Lady Jacket in general simply ignored me after saying they’d give me a partial refund.
