I ordered my first mask back in APRIL MAY time frame and like it so much I bought 2 more about a month later. Then I thought possibly I should have more of these and checked the site and now I could purchase 20 of them for much cheaper than they were 6 months ago. I love the masks

Nancy, you have left a message on Friday afternoon, wrote this review on Sunday morning and you received a reply on Sunday night. We do our best to work 24/7, but on weekends we are not able to reply right away. As it is explained in the email to you, the other bra is custom made and information about estimated delivery time was displayed on the product page and at checkout. The bra has guaranteed Christmas delivery (by 20th) I hope you can update your review based on on your further experience with us. Thank you!

Very happy with bra. But didn’t receive shipping notification for almost three weeks. Aside from order payment accepted, silence all that time. Was worried it was lost. Quick delivery after shipping notice. A little communication during the weeks I waited would have put my mind at ease.

It means it was pre-ordered and then made especially for you. There is always a notification in the shopping cart next to the product and on the product page.
