It means it was pre-ordered and then made especially for you. There is always a notification in the shopping cart next to the product and on the product page. I am sorry the bra didn't meet your expectations. Please keep in mind that we are always ready to provide detailed info on the fit and features of the bra, for example which bra is the most/least see-through or which style will fit better wide or close set bust, etc. ([email protected]).

The USPS first class with tracking costs no more than $5 regardless the address. Please keep in mind there is no need to use more expensive service to return the package.

Thank you for your feedback. I don't see any exchanges or returns on your account. Please know that we offer an extensive bra fitting service through e-mail and many of our customers were able to find out their true bra size this way. While padded bras will kind of fit with the wrong bra size chosen, with sheer bras there is no room for guessing. Please contact our customer service to get in touch with personal assistance.
