My bra and undies arrived and were everything I was hoping for. They are beautiful. Only problem was that I went with recommendations and got a size smaller - it is a bit too small. :( Because I live in Australia it is too expensive to exchange.

I ordered Pamela bra, panties and garter belt thinking I know what size I wear. Sandra emailed me and suggested a different size and was she ever right! Lacy hint lingerie is high quality at a low price and the customer service is awesome...second to NONE! Thank you Sandra for your great suggestions and for a perfect shopping experience!

Customer had to pay for defective merchandise returned. Failed to respond to several emails.

We have replied to you several times that the returned item is not defective. You have explained that the seamless shaping brief doesn't seem defective but your wife found a "narrow fabric waist strip to be uncomfortable". We had issued a full refund for your item already in July. We ship all items free of shipping charges, and we do not cover the return shipping fee.

Originally gave this 1 star based on badly missing their promised ship date. However, bra just arrived, very well made, fit perfect, and made my wife's already nice bust look great.
