Underwhelmed
Paying a flat shipping fee for an item so light it could ship with a stamp was obnoxious and I still haven’t received it. It’s been over a week. Won’t order from here again.

We do not ship envelopes with stamps because in our experience of shipping USPS since 1999, lightweight packages get left in mail bags and are not delivered with consistency. We do see that your package with tracking 9400111202527895244121 was ordered after 10pm on 11/29, shipped promptly on 11/30 and delivered within 5-6 business days on 12/5. We do understand that when ordering only a Spectra air cap, the shipping can seem disproportionate and are happy to offer you a coupon for your next order. If you would like a coupon code, just reply to your order email and we are happy to send you one. Thank you!

Spectra pump parts
I ordered replacement Spectra pump parts, including the bottle adaptors. Speedy shipping and all of the items were received in new condition, as expected. I will order from Lactation Connection again.
