I wish it was 5 stars
I’m giving a 3 due to paying $33 for shipping to get 2 day shipping yet it taking more than a week to arrive. When it finally arrived it was the correct thing we ordered and customer service was very helpful and refunded the difference between priority and regular shipping. It’s just very unfortunate we went without something we needed ASAP.

Thank you for your feedback, Tamara. Unfortunately since we are in Texas, your package was stalled due to the UPS overload during the aftermath of the unprecedented winter storms in February 2021. Although UPS does not guarantee deliveries affected by weather, we refunded you $27 promptly as you said. We do again apologize for the delay as it was beyond our control.

Due to the nature of our business which is selling hygienic breast pump parts, we hope you can appreciate that for the protection of our customers, we cannot accept returns. We understand big box stores do, but when you shop at Lactation Connection you can be assured that the part you are receiving is a brand new unused breast pump part. In order to assist you, we had previously sent you a $6 off coupon to help you get the part you need instead of the $9.99 item you ordered by mistake. Best wishes!

The sizing on the website was incorrect…
The sizing on the website was incorrect for the bras I ordered and due to the no returns policy, I have maternity bra that dont fit because of lactation connections website. It would be helpful to have correct bra measurements for ordering.

You are correct that these bras were marked final sale at $9.99 during the pandemic and we are not accepting returns for the health and safety of our customers and employees. Sizing can be very subjective however, so we do want to help you. If you would like to join us in donating to a local pregnancy center, please reply to your order confirmation with the donation receipt and we will refund 50% of the price of the donated bras. Very fast and exactly what I needed
