Thank you for your feedback. A confirmation of the cancellation and refund was sent as per our cancellation policies posted on our website. As we stated in the email sent, the product you were attempting to purchase notates that it has to be shipped to the physical billing address and is not eligible to be shipped to Post Office boxes as it is over the weight limit for our USPS shipments. Thanks for your feedback It looks like you purchased genuine Spectra nipples from us but not the Spectra bottles. Here are a few things you can consider troubleshooting. 1. Overtightened or under-tightened bottles can leak 2. Older bottles and other BPA free plastic parts can warp when sterilized over time. Please contact us through our website so we can best assist you.

Thank you for your review, Carole. Pumpin' Pal flanges are a valuable tool for many mothers, but may take some time to get used to. I would urge you to view some of the videos to help you with their use. We do hope you will understand that we sell hygienic breastfeeding products and our return policies are reflective of that to keep our customers and their babies safe. When you purchase from us, you always know you are getting new, unused items. Thank you for your understanding!

Hi Patrick, We see you purchased an adapter for use with the Pumpin' Pal Flanges on a Spectra breast pump. Please give us a call at 800-216-8151 so we can help you with the fitment of this item on the products you already own. While we are not the manufacturer, we are an authorized dealer so your item is under warranty with the manufacturer if there was an issue with their production. Thank you!
