Based on my experience, LaCasaDellaFibra appears to operate like a dropshipping model, where returning items is made impractical.
I purchased a wall clock advertised as a high-quality minimalist design with metallic/embossed features. The item received was significantly different – the finish appeared to be a low-quality print with no metallic elements, and overall did not match the product images or description. I contacted the seller within the return period to request a refund. While they initially engaged, they refused to provide a reasonable return option and instead required the item to be shipped to China at my own expense. The seller then attempted to resolve the issue by offering partial refunds (first 20%, then 50%) rather than accepting a return for a full refund. This approach felt like an attempt to avoid proper resolution rather than address the issue. Under UK consumer law, items must be as described, and customers should not be expected to cover disproportionate return costs where this is not the case. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I would advise others to proceed with caution, particularly regarding product quality and returns.
