The dresses look the same as in the pictures. The dresses are described just the way they are. They also come in very high quality. I definitely recommend it.

I ordered a dress from here and paid for express shipping. I tracked my order with the tracking number that they sent and dress was delivered to another state of USA. I have contacted them via WhatsApp and was told to wait until after the weekend. I have yet to receive a package and have tried to contact them again via WhatsApp and email and they have been ignoring me completely. Worst customer service!! Place is a scam!!!!!

Dear Fabiola, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. As we also informed you the mistake was made by the UPS. We have confirmed that they mixed up addresses with another order when they shipped the parcel. Therefore, we kindly asked for your understanding until the UPS offered a solution for the mistake they made. As you know, Label Nue refunded the full amount of your order, and also made the arrangement for you to receive your product. We hope to serve you again in the future and are here to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. Sincerely, Label Nue
