Don’t trust this company brought nano rings sent a tiny amount when asked for a refund stopped replying it’s a scam company do not use

One flatwound sting (A) was dead and…
Bought a set Labella flats. One flatwound sting (A) was dead and had a rattling sound after I restringed my Fender Pbass. Contacted Labella customer service with the issue. They replied with some questions, which I replied. After that dead silence from the company. I've reached out to them again but they just stopped answering. Too bad with the customer service, who just could have solved the issue. Lucky there are plenty of string manufacturers out there. Labella won't get a single penny from me in the future.
