Order never arrived, said they would refund which never happened. They then continued to ignore any further correspondence, I have now referred this to the fraud team at my bank to investigate and retrieve my money.

Wish I read these reviews before buying. Ordered next day delivery 5 days later still waiting asked where the delivery was they couldn't tell me when It would be arriving (still hasn't arrived). Asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded 3 separate times and counting ignored each time. They are scammers

Scam company can post tik toks but can’t respond to emails waste of time don’t send parcels and then ignore your emails company needs shutting down

Scam company DO not be fooled by their fake reviews. Placed order 28th July express next day delivery. Goods not received. Constantly emailed company only to be met with NO replies. Scammers!!
