It’s not even worth 1 start!! My order took 3 weeks to come.. finally came today. I ordered a weave in 24 inch in jet black and the hair is awful it’s around 16inch and soo thin on the ends and it’s not even jet black in the natural light it’s more dark brown and now I can’t even send back for a refund as the website no longer exists!!!

Would give 0 stars Terrible service lack of communication and most definitely not next day delivery as ordered Thursday turned up the following Thursday only once I had put in a dispute with my bank now when I email to ask how to return them my messages get ignored

Ordered hair extensions, they arrived on time seemed fine got them professionally put in all good until I washed them, everything since been trying to contact them with no response what so ever. Emailed 3 times. Hair is uncontrollable knots frizzy tried buying professional products to tame, tried everything all i can do is tie it up and plate it, its unless and no point of having when you cant wear it down. No communication absolutely disgusting spreading that amount of money and further 110 on fitting for hair. All I can do now is remove and bin them with nothing not even an explanation or offer to replace or compensate im absolutely disgusted and would not bother ordering if I'd of only read reviews first. DO NOT USE my hair has not turned up and they are giving me very little information. I understand that’s parcels go missing but my tracking information has disappeared and the emails I’m getting are”we will look into it”. Then I get no communication for days. Its shocking. Not sure if I will receive my parcel or get a refund as they have zero interest

Please DO NOT order from this company. I ordered with next day delivery and 3 weeks later, I’m still waiting for my order! I have sent multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, phone number is off and no response. I have reported this to Klarna. Please do not order and risk losing your money and not receiving your goods. Very disappointing that this company is taking people’s hard earned money in an already difficult time for so many!

Offered next day delivery, waited 2 weeks fot the extensions to finally turn up, the wrong colour and length, I have emailed, called, live chatted to try and return this and they just ignore you! Disgusting custome service, scam artists...AVOID!

Do NOT order from these people, wrong colour and extensions sent, have emailed 10 times and have been ignored...complete scam and rip off....please don't waste your money on them, I've opened a dispute with clearway, rude, ignorant scam artists please belive these reviews and don't order from them, people like this need bringing down...they take our hard earned money and send us complete rubbish then ignore you...this should not be allowed to happen!!
