Don't go if you don't want to be treated like trash
The worst service ever... those ladys are unprofessional, zero empathy, the new afro american lady was rude and refused to attend my 7 years old daughter because of her I was to wait more than 3 hours to feed my daughter. Please don't waste your time going over there.

Waited for an hour plus PAST my appointment time!! Walk-ins who came in after me were taken ahead of me. I checked in 1/2 hour early and waited over an hour and a half! Check in staff were useless, just said "we are busy." Laguna Hills office is incompetent and don't care about their clients!

Routine blood work—(new location in prairieville off 73)
I get extremely nervous when having to deal with getting blood drawn. I spent a great portion of my morning stressing that I would have a poor experience on top of my nerviness state, however I was surprised to be helped so quickly.
Specifically the girl Allegra, like the medicine, (sorry if misspelt) was quick, gentle, and helpful with my apprehension.
She quickly could tell that I was looking to fill the silence to hopefully get through faster and kept the conversation going. She worked diligently and got me out before I realized we were even done.
I appreciate, although a small part of her day, her attention to her work and ability to fill such a small moment so well for me.
Thank you again mam, I wish I was sent a survey but this was the next best thing. I hope this reaches who pays you!

My mother's blood was drawn 10/16/25 at…
My mother's blood was drawn 10/16/25 at Conviva's Orange City, FL location and was told it was sent to Labcorp. 10/23/25 I took her for her results, they advised they didn't have any blood work results. They drew her blood again that day, checked in the following week to get results as her thyroid medicine has to be monitored. They advised me they couldn't find the results - AGAIN!!! They called me to advise they were going to investigate this situation; however, I never received a call back (hmmmm, wonder why). 3rd time the blood was drawn at home, with Vitas hospice, requested by me due to her severe lethargy. It was drawn in Nov., the week of thanksgiving and because of that, it took a week to get the results and wouldn't you know, the reading was off the charts and Hospice requested 150 mg levothyroxine. She took one pill, the night before she passed away in her sleep. This is medical malpractice at it's finest. I cannot begin to express my grief, disappointment in our medical field and the pure rage I feel - it took me this long to be able to put it in to words. Be your own advocate when it comes to anything having to do with the medical field because they are not out to cure anyone!

I will never support a company that profits from animal testing.
Behind the corporate branding are real animals confined in laboratory cages, deprived of everything natural to them, used in experiments they never chose and can never escape. Dogs, monkeys, rabbits and other animals are treated as research tools rather than living, feeling beings capable of fear, stress and suffering.
Every animal used in a laboratory is an individual with a personality, emotions and a desire to live. Yet countless animals spend their lives behind closed doors, bred for experimentation and discarded when they are no longer useful.
Labcorp may call it research. I call it exploitation.
In 2026 there is simply no ethical justification for continuing to rely on animal suffering when humane alternatives are increasingly available. Companies that profit from animal testing should be under enormous pressure to move away from these practices, not continue them.
Until Labcorp commits to ending its involvement in animal testing, I will not support this company and would encourage others who care about animals to think carefully about where they spend their money.

I am absolutely horrified by Labcorp’s…
I am absolutely horrified by Labcorp’s continued involvement in animal testing, particularly the use of beagles and other animals in laboratory experiments. The thought of gentle, trusting dogs being bred for a life of confinement, subjected to procedures and testing, and then euthanized is deeply disturbing and, in my view, completely unacceptable.
No matter how carefully these practices are described by the industry, there is nothing humane about treating living, feeling animals as disposable test subjects. Beagles are known for their affectionate, loyal, and gentle nature—qualities that make their use in these experiments all the more heartbreaking. These dogs never get the chance to live normal lives as cherished companions; instead, many spend their entire existence behind laboratory walls.
In a time when scientific advances are providing alternative research methods, I find it incredibly disappointing that organisations are still relying on practices that cause suffering to animals. The public deserves greater transparency about what happens behind closed doors and a genuine commitment to replacing animal testing wherever possible.
I cannot support a company associated with these practices. The treatment of animals in research facilities remains one of the most troubling ethical issues of our time, and I believe companies should be held accountable for moving away from methods that inflict harm on sentient creatures that cannot speak for themselves.
