My daughter had blood work done the lady couldn't find the vein and when she did it blew out and she snatched the needle out and my arm has been swollen and hurting every since and they want returned my calls what can I do I quess its lawyer TIME Need some answer IN PAIN

If I could leave "negative" scores/stars, I would. Was told that Nicotine blood test would take 2-3 days. It has been 7 days and I still don't have results. I have breast cancer and cannot schedule surgery until this test result is returned. I have called & emailed but receive the standard response, "results not complete - we will advise when ready"... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

They claim I owe them $8.22 but when I show them that I paid they want more proof than what I have in my bank records. They have blocked my account forcing me to go else where. Time and time again I have tried to get the matter cleared but to no avail. They wont take their time to research on their end but expect me to waste my time looking for $8.22. I paid on Jan 4th 2021 and I am still getting a run around by this company.

If I could give zero stars to this joke of a company, I would. I had them do my blood work recently and they couldn't be bothered to send me a copy of the test even though I was paying out of pocket. The clowns also charged my card multiple times and I had haggle with them for over a week to get a full refund. Don't give them your card number, send in a paper check.

Awful. I was only dropping off a specimen for someone who lives in assisted living. Lady refused to take it because l didn't have paperwork. The name and birthday was on the document l was dropping off.

DO NOT use them!! They will lie to you about how much tests will cost and then get mad when you contact them about the issue!! Use Quest Diagnostics if available!! I’ve never had any issues with them and I’ve always paid less than what was quoted!!
