On January 29th 2025 I went back to LAB Corp to have another TB Test and Jeanette did it again. GREAT JOB!!! Didn't even feel the pinch. I am sorry that people are not having great experiences with Lab Corp but the Lab Corp in Wyomissing Pennsylvania is excellent!!! Perhaps you all need to come to PA which is courteous, quick and pain free!!!

I went into the LabCorp on Glades Rd in Boca Raton, Florida yesterday and they charged me $151.93 to do blood tests. They gave me a print out of my bill which has 10 items on it (and NO invoice numbers) and I paid for some of them. This is quite disturbing because these charges aren't valid and now I get an email my results are ready and my online account has NO results NOR bills. I called the customer service and they foreign based, and get angry because I don't have an invoice number. I'm caught in an unresolvable loop so I'm really hoping LabCorp sees this and tries to help me out!

The state of this company is frankly shocking. They are still sending me bills two months after I paid, and weeks after I provided them with proof of payment. They won't answer questions about why they are still sending me bills. Seems like a business tactic to get people to double pay. Can't speak to a human on the phone either. If a company is acting like this, I wouldn't even trust them to be doing the tests they claim to do. Absolute joke of a company.

Signed in thru txt never got a call or response there were 8 people waiting waiting an hour 1 person working there I left! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!

Worst services ever. Went to my appointment, checked in and 45 min later the receptionist informed me I needed to go to a different location. I went to that location and they said I had no appointment. Amazing, my email and my txt all showed my appointment was confirmed. CRAP ORGANIZATION that has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Receptionist in foul mood, waiting room Packed and no chairs. 10 people standing. I asked for them to bring out more chairs and they said they Verena the legal loot for chairs in that space. So, they were 10 people over the legal limit. Poor, poor, poor communication skills. Once they called me everything went smoothly - but getting to that point was absolute hell. God knows what I caught in that sardine can of a waiting room.

Both check-in kiosks were not working so I checked in manually with a receptionist dressed in street clothes at 7:15 a.m. Four customers were ahead of me. I waited over an hour to be called. In that time only three other people were called in but people kept arriving. A woman dressed in a white medical gown who I thought was the phlebotomist came out and started working as the receptionist and the receptionist who checked me in went back and started drawing people’s blood. By the time I was called the number of people in the waiting room jumped from 4 to15. Many were complaining. Never had this happen at this location before. Second bad experience at a labcorp location.

You cannot use their app to make an appointment something's changed and there's no phone number to call them for technical help or any kind of help for that matter. I've been trying for 2 days to make an appointment and it won't allow me to which is very unusual
