Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We’d like to clarify that, as stated on our website, we do have a substitution policy in place. This allows certain items in our gift baskets to be replaced with products of equal or greater value if specific items are unavailable at the time of fulfillment. This helps ensure that orders can still be delivered in a timely manner, especially during periods of high demand. That said, we understand your concern regarding the perceived quality of the substituted items, and we sincerely regret any disappointment this may have caused. Your feedback is important to us, and we take concerns like this seriously as we continuously work to improve our products and services.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the frustration caused by your recent order. We are deeply concerned by your comments, as we strive to provide a premium, curated gifting experience. While our policy does allow for substitutions of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, these should always maintain the high aesthetic and quality of the original design. It is clear from your experience that we failed to meet those standards in this instance. We take your feedback seriously and are reviewing this specific order with our fulfillment team to ensure our selections remain at the premium level our customers expect. We are committed to doing better and regaining your trust. Thank you for holding us to a higher standard.

We appreciate your feedback regarding your recent order. We would like to clarify a few points regarding our ordering and fulfillment process. Regarding the sparkling wine, we would like to reiterate that because a specific bottle was not selected during the checkout process, you were not charged for any wine. Your total reflected only the gift basket and shipping. The lollipop included was a complimentary addition to the gift. Additionally, our substitution policy, which is agreed to at the time of purchase, allows us to replace out-of-stock items with products of equal or greater value to ensure your gift is delivered promptly. While we understand the aesthetic of the substituted items differed from your preference, these changes were made in accordance with that policy to avoid a delivery delay for the new arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
