Shame I can't give no stars
Shame I can't give no stars. Moldy, overripe fruit thrown in the compost. Called company, they won't do anything without a picture of the mold. Do you really think I'm trying to get five free oranges and a pineapple?. Do I keep smelly, moldy fruit around just so I can take a picture of it days later when I have time to call the company when they are open? If I were the sender, I would not have access to the fruit to take a picdture, even more bother to the receiver.

Hi Mark, we’re very sorry to hear about your experience with the fruit basket and understand how frustrating it must have been to receive fruit that was not in acceptable condition. We understand your concern about being asked to provide photos, especially when dealing with perishable items that may need to be discarded quickly. Photos are requested to help our team document and properly assess product-quality concerns, but we recognize the difficulty this can create for recipients. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment. Your feedback regarding the fruit quality and our customer-service process has been shared internally for further review.
