Used to be able to buy a lot from kvvet. Now I find less and less. Especially when having to have minimum purchase to avoid shipping even when RX is purchased. Then, some rx's - heartworm meds, have been so hard to find in stock every time I need to reorder for my 2 dogs. Never know what brand will be available for their size. Last time I had to pay for 6 individual tablets instead of order a 6-pack. And paid more. Last month - yohad no options for me for at least one of my dogs. Went to Costco. You lost business. My most recent order of may have been my last.

The Rx confirmation and pet assignment on a mobile app did NOT work. I couldn't assign the Rx ordered to one of two dogs after the order was processed. I had to re-visit the assignment URL from the results of the order on a desktop browser to properly assign the script to the appropriate pet.

on the site it showed the needles to go with the sub-q fluids, and injection kit. They are too long and it would cost too much to exchange. I should have read closer, but it was also mis-leading. Read very carefully.

I have been ordering from KV since 1988 and have always received items ordered in a timely manner, have never had a wrong order, customer service is always willing to help, ordering is made easy on-line. I cannot say enough about the quality of items as well. Good job KV!

I had an order that included needing a prescription for medication. I thought it was fairly difficult to navigate the website, but when I called customer service to complete my order, the woman who helped me was wonderful and made the process so easy. Product arrived quickly. Will definitely use you again!

They were the lowest price I found and when a fraud alert popped up on my credit card, they contacted me immediately for verification! Order arrived promptly. Very good experience!
