Great servic and fast shipping.

I am very satisfied with KV. Have used them for about 4 years. Their products are great and so are the prices. Service is fast and accurate.

We foster dogs for a local rescue group. One of the little Shih Tzus we were fostering was prescribed Optimmune ointment for dry eye. The cost at the vet was $55 per tube. We found it for just over $29 per tube through KV. I purchased 2 tubes and saved having to pay the handling fee of $5. The only downside was that it took 7 days to receive it. From now on, this dog's forever "mom" can plan ahead when ordering but it would have been helpful to be able to get the first prescription sooner as this dog produces no tears at all. Aside from the shipping, I was very happy with the customer service and the Optimmune arrived in good shape.

I had to change my order due to an issue with my vet. Called KV and the lady who answered was friendly, courteous and very helpful.
