I've been buying from this company for at least 10 years. They have quality products and excellent customer service. I recommend them to everyone I know who has pets.

I waited seven or 8 days before I called to make sure order had been shipped since I received no email saying it had shipped. I found that there had been three unsuccessful attempts to reach my vet. I think someone should have emailed, called or texted to advise me of a problem so I could facilitate a timely resolution. I will give you another try but customer service needs to improve.

I'm writing this review two weeks after placing an order for prescription items. I no word from KV on my order, but just started wondering what the status was of my order and saw that it's still "in process" - checked the link again they sent to make sure they had my vet info for prescription and it said I already gave that info. Great, so where's my order? About to call, as I know have a moment to write this review and try to take care of this, but how about if I place an order, and there's an issue, YOU guys email ME and tell me? Or does it just take weeks for them to actually process an order? Doesn't matter, will just pay more and get items directly from my vet to avoid the hassle from now on...

KV has provided me with the products I need and has shipped very promptly. They have a great selection and customer service is excellent.

They came quick. We're cheaper than others u had found. My horse didn't mind them a bit! Sizing I think is right on. I just guessed. Sure saves on fly spray. And when it wears off he still isn't bothered by flies.

I've been dealing with KV Supply for many years. I use their Pharmacy and general product selection for all my animals. Always great prices and service.

The website is very slow. The web pages leading to checkout are sometimes confusing. Overall I appreciate KV's products. Shipments arrive expeditiously. The website needs a complete review.
