I was very pleased with the customer service on this recent purchase and on another one I had. They were so helpful with a difficulty we had with my dog's prescription. They had suggestions for how to resolve the issue and even offered to help. They got my dog's medicine to us in a timely manner as well. I will definitely continue to be a customer!

KV has been a reliable company with good prices for me for a long time. Highly recommend giving them a chance.

My previous order had offered KV Bucks, but they weren't on the invoice in the box. I emailed KV Supply about it and gave them the details. The KV bucks came in the mail just a few days later. The prices at KV Supply are the best I have found in the U.S. I used to order from another company in Australia, but all of a sudden my orders from that company were being shipped from Hong Kong, China. I dropped them and searched diligently for a U.S. source. The order always arrives promptly from KV Supply. And, of course, never gets delayed in US Customs. :-) Thanks, KV!

I have been a customer for the past ten years, ordering supplies for horses, dogs and cats. Their products are excellent and priced cheaper than any other source I've found. Shipping prices are competitive and shipment is prompt. Their prescription department is well supplied and easy to order from. I will continue to use kv vet as long as I have animals.
