Ordered In Clover Grin Canine Dental Health Functional Reward - 2.2 lb jar, which was never delivered nor told why order was cancelled. The company must have been sold as this was once a place where I bought all of my pet supplies. I will now have to search fora new company to buy my dog supplies

As an animal shelter, where quality and money matter greatly, we have been impressed with the products and prices. There have been a few glitches, on line ordering, but those have been minor. We are absolutely repeat customers.

I have had to call a few times and the customer service was great. I order products and prescriptions from KV Vet. My only disappointment is the recent price increases. I may have to shop around some more.

I thought this was a good place to get supplies for my pet. They said they could ship it next day UPS. So I made my purchase on a Thursday at 1 p.m. their time and paid the $30 for next day shipping and didn't receive my product until Tuesday of the next week. When I know for a fact the UPS delivers on a Saturday. There is no reason that they couldn't have shipped out my product that Friday especially when I paid that amount of money for shipping. And I ordered other pet supplies from another website that same day and paid for next day shipping and received it that Saturday. Needles to say I wont purchase anything that needs to be shipped overnight from this company again.

I love the products that KV Supply stocks and sells. I can find everything I need for my family's special friend, our Labrador retriever, Scooty. From toothpaste to Doggy Dirt bags, they have it all! And their prices are either cheaper or right in line with the other pet stores.

Ordered product and received it in less then a week. The product is amazing. I have used it on my dog's bloody paw 2 times and it stops the bleeding almost instantly. Plus it has a numbing agent in it, which really works.
