Can't say anything bad about them. Been ordering for my pets for over three years, and service has been excellent. The only hiccup, which was with a vet's incorrect fax number and by no means KV's fault, was remedied quickly and easily on a phone call with a live person.

Placed 2 orders recently 1st one 400.00 only very small amount shipped. Was on line and rest back ordered but now discontinued ?????? 2nd asked to use free ground shipping as stated in email . Phone rep refused said only for couple items. Not right or fair to pick and choose customers. I was charged 40.00 on order that email said was free. not very impressive 2 orders in one week .both not handled fairly.
