Every time that I have ordered from KV, my order is usually received within 2 days. That is efficient! The only "gripe" that I have is: I wish the KV folks would allow us to retreive the KV bucks on-line when we place our next order.

I am extremely happy with the service I receive from KV Supply. Everything I order gets shipped in a timely manner and there is no delay in getting the product out. Recently, I changed vets and the Pharmacy tech dropped me an e-mail to let me know that they were waiting on the vet to ok my dogs prescription. I called the vet to confirm that they did receive the prescription and sent it back to KV Supply. Getting the e-mail from KV Supply was a great reminder for me to follow up and make sure there wasn't a delay in getting my dogs prescription. Having used KV Supply for about 20 + years, I find that of all the online and catalogue sales for equine products, they have the best variety even if the price isn't the lowest, they are the fastest at delivery of products. The personal service is always polite and knowledgable, if I can't find a product in the catalogue or on line, a representative will search for me. The 'search' on line doesn't always find an item I know is sold by KV. My 5% membership discount code isn't accepted on line, so I always have to call in by phone, which is ok, I like speaking to people, but it can be inconvenient at times when I see a "special offer" and can't get it with a quick click.

Half the price of meds from my vet. The persistently called my vet who didn't want to fax over the script. When my vet finally caved, Ray's meds had run out. They expedited the shipping for free. Thanks!
