I had returned to my online account to re-purchase a human product that I had from the past. The price on the site was near retail, so I googled my product and KV Supply popped up. It appears to be a pet supply store, so I was curious as to why they would sell a human product. I researched further and found that they did, indeed, sell the "human" serum that I have been using for years. So I took the chance and ordered 2 bottles. I had a perfect transaction from purchase to delivery. Too bad I don't have pets. I would purchase supplies from them as well.

KVVet has some products that are not carried by other catalogues (such as the infusion sets that make injections and drawing blood so much easier). Everything was shipped promptly. The prices were good.

I'm pleased with your service and products, but I'm puzzled about how you handle KV Bucks. I've used them to save a few dollars on orders in the past. And I'm looking at you catalogue which expires on March 31, 2015. On the back of the catalogue it shows that Cosequin 250 count double strength chewable tablets earn $5 KV Bucks. Earlier in March I ordered this exact item along with 4 Petrodex toothpastes for dogs, and I received NO KV Bucks. I just don't understand how your hit or miss KV Bucks system works????
