The items I ordered arrived promptly. I love that this company sells quality products made in the USA. My dogs LOVE the rawhides and I don't have to worry about feeding them something that might harm them.

I didn't like that you require a prescription for fish antibiotics. Other companies don't do this.

I love shopping from KV Supply. I'm always surprised at the quick delivery of my items every time. I detest paying for shipping therefore I wait until I need enough items to get the free shipping. Their prices are very comparable and normally cheaper to local stores I could go walk around in.

I "misunderstood" exactly what the phrase "Free shipping" encompasses

Mmm let's see. I never received my package, at least not yet! Said it was supposed to be delivered by the 7th and it is not the 9th. Oh and they overcharged my credit card! Bye!

Have been a customer for over 30 years and have not been unhappy with the folks or service in all that time. Would recommend to anyone.

My order to KV Supply was fulfilled swiftly and packed very well. Everything shipped safe and arrived at my house in just a few days. One of my items, an equine mega ball, was supposed to come with a foot pump. It did not. I contacted customer service but never received a reply. This has happened twice with two different issues. Everything else is great and I would consider ordering again, but I am afraid if a larger problem came up, my inquiries would go unanswered and be difficult to resolve.
