I have been a customer of KV Supply for 20 years and have not found better prices or service anywhere else.

So far, the items I have received have been great and my phone experience with a customer service rep about doing an exchange went well. I have yet to receive the exchanged item, so I don't know how quickly that will take place. I was surprised by how many items were backordered, and a little frustrated that items I ordered online and was NOT informed were backordered at the time of order did not show up. I did not know about the backorder issue until I opened a package and saw 3 backordered items on my invoice.

My vet office was very unorganized and lost the first fax for the prescription I ordered. I called and another fax was sent immediately without question. Great company to do business with, always friendly on the telephone.

Pet owners know how much stuff we buy for our pets. It's important to get top quality, a fair price, and quick delivery. I get all of these with KV Supply. If they carry it, chances are I buy it from them. Thanks, KV!

EVERY TIME I place a order with KV supply my order is correct and comes super fast ! I couldn't be any happier with there service. Prices are very good also.

My order for Corta Flex, never got an email status. When I called was told it was on mfg back order and had no expected delivery date. Would have been nice to know this when I ordered not a week later when I called.

Last year I ordered heartworm Rx from KV Pet Supply, and my experience was very good. This year however, was a big disappointment. I ordered heartworm for my two dogs, and received an email confirming my order and showing a delivery date as if the product was going to ship right away. Next to the product on the email, however, it showed that the product was on back order. I contacted the customer service number right away to inquire about the back order, and to see if I could order a different product if there was indeed a backorder(lower quantity of the same product...6 in a box, that was showing "in stock", instead of the 12 in a box I'd ordered). The CS rep wasn't able to pull up my order since I had just placed it, but looked up the product and told me that she wasn't sure why it was showing back order, as her computer was showing plenty of boxes of what i'd ordered in stock, and that it should ship in the next few days. After a week or two of not receiving the product, I followed up with CS again. This time I was told that this product was on back order, and that now all other box quantities of the product were also on back order due to a spring sale causing them to sell out. The CS rep was nice, but in no way offered or tried to rectify the situation, and wasn't even able to give me a time line, other than to tell me that it would still be a while until they shipped. I was so disappointed as I would have ordered the smaller quantity during my first call in, if I wasn't told that the product I'd ordered was in stock. At this point my dogs were needing their monthly heartworm, so I had to cancel my order and order from another supplier...and pay for two day shipping, so they were only a week overdue. I will not be returning to KV Pet, and unfortunately due to my experience, am no longer able to recommend them to others.

I have been buying from KV Supply for over 15 years - Great products, great prices, experienced sales reps - always willing to help. No worry about out of date meds...great Company !!
