My order appeared in a very timely fashion. Since it is a prescription I say nothing about the three month flea pill. Shopping was very easy.

I normally have a great experience with ordering from KV Vet Supply. This past order was problematic from two perspectives. 1) Admin had to help me break up my cart because vaccinations were causing entire order to fall into overnight shipping category. Admin used the proper credit card on file but somehow messed up the card's expiration date so vaccination portion of the order declined thus delaying that part of the shipment for several days. 2) The other part of the order included a prescription for which I had 10 refills. That part of the order was delayed for several days until I called in asking about it. The order was stuck in pharmacy hold even though I had 10 refills. They said the pharmacy had eMailed me. When I insisted that the pharmacy had NOT emailed me, they looked into it and found the pharmacy had placed a note in the accounts for several customers that they needed a bit more time to review because of a new computer system, when in fact none of those eMails had actually gone out. I was disappointed with this experience but normally very happy with KV.

KV is wonderful. They were so patient with me when I placed my last order. I had some issues with the vet, and KV worked with me and the vets to get matters right. We love KV!!!

I have been a customer for several years, couldn't do without KV Supply!

Ordering was easy, I got my shipment quickly and it was exactly what I ordered.

The website is easy to navigate and ordering is easy. Prices are comparable to other companies and they make it easy to obtain a prescription from the veterinarian. Packaging is excellent and I've never had any damaged products. Delivery is quick. Unfortunately this time around they didn't have one of the products I needed and I had to go elsewhere and pay more for it.. Maybe next time.
