KV is our go to store for Wheat Free Bone-a-mints. It all began with our beloved cockapoo Otis who had a sensitivity to wheat and we were desperate to find him a treat he could digest. Our neighborhood pet store suggested Wheat free Bone-a-mints and Otis loved them and they didn't make him sick. The only problem was the store didn't always have them in stock, so I was looking for someone who did. KV has been there for us ever since. Otis passed away in September so we are not going through them like we used to, but our 7 month old cockapoo, his seven year old brother, and our toothless, 13 year old shih-tzu poo, love them too! KV's prices are competitive or less than my local store, and when the box comes in the mail, my three pups are the happiest on the block! What ever I order was KV is delivered reliably and quickly.

I ordered adequan on April 29 after mailing a prescription 2 weeks earlier to you address indicated on their website. I was told by someone to expect it last Tues or Wed= May 5 or 6. Since I haven't received it, I called today and they said they never received the script so it was on hold. Why wasn't I notified and where did the original script go. I was told that the supervisor would be notified and they would determine what happened. Meanwhile, I am running out of the bottle that my dog is using now :(

My vet's fax machine was out of service for a week delaying a prescription. KV Vet continued to follow up with my vet and keep me updated. Rare in today's world and very appreciated by me.
