I would love it if you would make the online ordering system for prescription meds simpler to use. I find shipping fairly quick and the pricing of carprofen is good, but there are WAY to many steps to ordering a refill and it's constantly timing out. It could be SO much simpler. I have two sites I order online prescriptions from and your's is by far the most complicated.

I have used kvvet for several years and have never had any issues. Orders are always delivered promptly and in good condition. the online software is a bit slow but that is my only criticism.

I needed Frontline Plus for my cats because another and cheaper product failed to keep working 30 days so I checked with two other online sellers of this product and neither of them sold the 6 pack as inexpensive as KV Supply does even though they say they are inexpensive. I will be coming back to KV when my supply runs low! Thank you, KV!

I ordered vaccines and wormer for my dogs, both temperature sensitive items. They arrived promptly and still had adequate ice in the ice packs. I was very satisfied with my order and will order from LV Supply again.
