I had order the same pills in the past and received them with 6-8 days. This time I received my order within 4 days. I was so simple since KV already had my prescription from last order and it was for 8 bottles. I was very happy with this and will continue to order when needed.

Usually I love the delivery and service from KV. This time I was a bit put off. My package came with an ice pack that was completely melted as the temp outside hit 107 the day of delivery. I suppose the UPS truck was hot as well. I'm hoping that the probiotics that I bought (Proviable DC) still have "life." I don't see the reason for an ice pack when delivery is 2-3 days. I suppose I should have had it shipped overnight, but then I would lose out on price. Maybe get the probiotics from my vet during the summer (and pay the ridiculous price they charge), and go back to KV during the fall winter spring.

I have been using KV Supply for my pet medicines and supplements for several years and have found your prices and product selection to be very comoetitive. The only shortcoming is the inordinately slow processing time on your website. Even with the recent, much needed, programming upgrades, the time between ordering steps is still agravatingly long. Keep working to improve processing time and you will retain many customers you otherwise would lose to competitors with more efficient systems.
